Opel launched Insignia ecoFLEX, version that has replaced the class average Vectra. IT seems that the name calling “eco” car will have a reduced consumption and emissions.
In the range ” ecoFLEX ” it joins the old Agila 1.3 CDTi ecoFLEX, ecoFLEX Corsa 1.3 CDTi, 1.3 CDTi EcoFLEX Meriva, Astra 1.7 CDTi Zafira 1.6 EcoFLEX and EcoFLEX Turbo.

2.0 CDTi EcoFLEX Insignia, which received the strongest version of the turbo-diesel engine from 2.0 liters ensure consumption of 5.2 liters of diesel every hundred kilometers traveled in a mixed. Also, carbon dioxide emissions are at 136 grams per kilometer. 2.0 CTDi unit complies with Euro 5 pollution.

The German tuner, Konigseder has its own Auto Show, not at Essen, but with the Opel GT’aime project. This is a beautiful car: a 300 hp car, with 35 more than the standard model.

At the same time we all looked at Los Angeles Auto Show, 2007, in Europe, Opel unveiled new 2008 Zafira Facelift, which will have its official premiere at Bologna Motor Show, in Italy, on 7th December.
New Zafira comes with minor cosmetically improvements, like: redrawn spoilers, new lights, better quality finishes and interior.

The engines for this model were upgraded, but adding one gas engine, the Twinport Ecotec 1.6 liter, with 115 hp and 2 turbo-diesel engines: 1.7 CDTI, with 110 hp and 125 hp. These engines are instead of the 1.9 CTDI, with 100 hp and 120 hp ones.

Opel presented in Holland, as a limited series for Opel Vivaro, modified in OPC style the Vivaro VPC.
Opel Vivaro VPC characteristics:

- Aerodynamic kit;
- Evacuation with trapezoidal finishes;
- Engine- 2.5 liter CDTi turbodiesel, which develops 143 hp;
- Recaro sport seats.
